Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship all orders with APC Overnight to ensure quick and safe delivery of your frozen products. Here are the key details:

• Orders Above £50: Free delivery!
• Orders Below £50: A flat rate of £9.99 for delivery.
• FREE DELIVERY on our sample boxes.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

• Orders placed Monday – Thursday: Your order will be shipped the next working day.
• Orders placed on Friday: If you place your order on Friday, it will be shipped on the next working day, which is the following Monday.
• Orders placed on weekends: Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next working day, which will be Monday.

Tracking Your Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or message from APC Overnight with a time window for your delivery. This helps you plan when to expect your order.
