By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

Fatima’s Indian Deli Ltd. is a UK-based company offering frozen Indian foods for sale online. Our company is registered in the UK with the registration number 09037215 and registered office address at Unit B Clyde Mill, Stewart Street, Bolton, BL1 3PA.

2. Orders and Products

  • Placing Orders: By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • Product Availability: While we try to ensure that all products listed on our website are in stock, we cannot guarantee product availability. In the event that a product is unavailable, we will notify you and provide a refund or offer a substitute product if you prefer.
  • Pricing: All prices on the website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, although this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
  • Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions, images, and details of the products on our website are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions are error-free, and product packaging may vary.

3. Delivery

  • Shipping & Handling: We ship our products using APC Overnight to ensure timely delivery. Delivery charges depend on your order total and are as follows:

    • Orders over £50: Free delivery.
    • Orders under £50: A flat rate of £8 for delivery.

  • Processing Time: We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

  • Delivery Times: While we aim to ship all orders promptly, delivery times are subject to the carrier and are typically 1-2 business days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking email and a time window notification from APC Overnight once your order is dispatched.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally.

4. Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Shopify.
  • Order Confirmation: Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check the details in the email and notify us of any inaccuracies. A contract between you and Fatima’s Indian Deli Ltd. is only formed when we confirm receipt of your payment and process your order.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products (frozen food), we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or faulty upon arrival.

  • Damaged or Faulty Goods: If you receive any damaged or faulty products, please contact us immediately at info@fatimasindiandeli.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the order. We may request photographic evidence of the damaged items. We will either provide a refund or send a replacement at our discretion.

  • Refund Process: If your order is eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7 working days after the return of the damaged goods or receipt of relevant information.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which you can find on our website.
